Here is an update to the same lawn areas as pictured below. 
This recent picture was taken almost exactly 1 month from the first time we were there. If you notice, nearly all yellowing has disappeared. The lawn looks beautiful! We can assure you that this customer followed our recommended watering and mowing procedures – keeping the blade sharp.
We have been looking for the opportunity to give an example of some before and after situations… this year we finally have one!

Having a program with Trugreen will give you better results in controlling those weeds… although, we may have some great results with just one application. The only guarantee we can freely give with one application is that in a month or so, you will have weeds once again. 
Our weed control is designed to take care of about 70% of the weeds present at the time we do an application. Although, we may not be able to kill each and every weed, we will get control of a good majority of them. We will not be able to keep new weeds from coming up…. which is why we highly recommend setting up on some sort of program to keep weeds under control all season long. Different weeds have different growing seasons, which is why we offer so many applications.
We have been very lucky this year in having two candidates for before and after progress on their lawns….
This customer’s lawn looks green, and in pretty good shape.
However, when we look a little closer, it is covered with creeping jenny and clover! We have just started services at this property, so an application has not been done just yet. With the remaining services scheduled, this outta be a great looking lawn come fall!!
